“The ‘Inupathy Collar’ is a smart collar-type device that monitors a dog’s heart and body through heart rate and behavior tracking. By using the ‘Inupathy Collar,’ owners can review accumulated heart rate data and behavior records to identify changes in their dog’s physical and mental well-being that they might not have noticed before.

Inupathy was first introduced in 2018 as a harness-type IoT device and quickly became a topic of conversation, selling out its initial pre-order batch within a minute of launch. The newly updated product now notifies owners of their dog’s physical and mental condition and suggests appropriate activities and playtime. Just like humans, each dog has its unique personality. By detecting changes in stress and relaxation scores and behavioral logs, the device aims to capture the subtle signs dogs give off, creating a sense of ‘How did you know?’ from the pets to their owners.

Through this crowdfunding initiative, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Animal Donation, a public interest incorporated association committed to the mission of ‘bringing Japan’s animal welfare to world-class standards.’ These funds will support rescue activities for pets in Ukraine and help find homes for dogs and cats in Japan looking for families.
