Can its Bluetooth connect to multiple devices?
One device can be only connected to one smartphone device. You cannot connect it to multiple devices.

How to use and care
Can Inupathy be used on clothes?
It depends on the material of the clothes and the degree of contact with the body. If the conditions are good, the sensor may be able to detect the heart sound even from the top of the clothes, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Is the harness washable?
When you wash the harness, please hand wash with neutral detergent.
Is it okay if Inupathy gets wet?
Inupathy is not waterproof. Please be careful with water.
Can it be used with a dog collar or harness for a walk?
As for collars for walking, we have confirmed that there are generally no problems when used together, although of course it depends on the type of collars. Regarding harnesses for walking, we cannot give you a general answer, as it depends on the structure of the harness. We believe it is difficult to use Inupathy with a harness that covers the entire chest.

Is the analysis different between small dogs and large dogs?
Generally it is said that small dogs have faster heart rate and large dogs have a slower heart rate. The emotional state analysis of Inupathy is evaluated from the relative value according to the speed of the heartbeat of the dog which wears the device. So analysis is possible without distinction of the dog’s size. However, we would appreciate as much information about your dog as possible for further analysis improvement. If you can fill in your dog’s information at your registration, it will help us understand your dog.
Is Inupathy usable for my dog’s breed?
We have tried with different dogs with short hair, long hair, curly hair and double coat, etc. so far, and there has been no problem found in measuring heartbeat with sensor. However, it seems that measurement sensitivity may deteriorate due to obesity.
Can a large dog use Inupathy?
It cannot be used for dogs with chest measurement over 110cm.
Can a small dog use Inupathy?
It cannot be used for dogs with chest measurement under 27cm. For a very small dog thin around the chest, the sensor may not be able to be fixed to the body and take measurements.
Is it okay for my dog to wear Inupathy when staying home alone?
There is a risk of injury or accidental ingestion if your dog bites and breaks the device out of the owner’s sight. Please use under owner supervision.
In which country can I buy Inupathy?
Currently it is sold only in Japan. We plan to sell it overseas after 2020.
